How should I handle this?...
Don't treat it at all, Move it, let it set a day or so, then go over all of the bare spots with metal ready-keep them wet for a good 20 minutes(use a spray bottle), and any chance for rust will be gone without having to sand away primer later. Will

Front Passenger Hub is Binding - Help
Check the bolts holding the dust shield on. Maybe one is not tight, or has two locknuts on it. One thing about it, not much can cause it, so it shouldn't be to tough to find. Will

Front Passenger Hub is Binding - Help
If they are installed correctly and nothing is bent, they are the only contact points, and thereby the source of the grinding.... Take them out and roll them in matched pairs in your hands. One is at least contaminated with grit. WIll

Stereo amplifier and wire choices
Ed, Because of the listening environment, and the fact that the amp will be less than 10 feet from the speakers, I don't think any wire will offer any thing that will make any difference over what standard 16 gage speaker wire from Walmart can do(other than cost more). It is kind of like comparing good standard cables and the premium gold plated cables for your computer-unless there is a corrosion consideration, you can pay more to feel better, but you won't get noticeably different results. On a low level signal(preamp level) shielding can be important, but on a line level wire in a typical setting, shielding is nothing more than an overpriced unneeded option. While a crossover is not absolutley necessary when using an amp to drive a pair of subwoofers, unless the head unit has a subwoofer output, or the amp has a subwoofer switch, I would add a couple of appropriate inductors to block extraneous signals form the subwoofers for the best of their intended sound. I would also suggest an amp rated two to four times the power of the head unit. Assuming you did the math to design your subwoofer enclosure for the subwoofers you chose, you will be able to make more bass than you are likely to use, even though bass is where the real power in a music system goes. You may find putting an appropriate capaitor on the 5" drivers will improve the sound as well. Will Will

The best oil?
White vinegar is what has been used for several decades to remove boiler scale-not as caustic as CLR, but I wouldn't run either for long, their acidic nature would set up galvanic action and start undercutting gaskets and thinning passage walls. Will

uber sexy Z on ebay......
I wouldn't even call it a replica, it has a few JDM parts, and a whol lot of mismatched aftermarket and pieced together parts(some of which look well done), but it does not have nearly everything it would take to make a replica-it is just another modified Z. Will

Need some feedback before possibly buying this hood and fenders...
Get the great sheet metal, Paint it, put it on, and sell it if you come up with a vented hood to paint and install later! I wouldn't cut up excellent sheetmetal! Will

Fuel economy tips
Seems to me you posted about your toolkit a while back. That would have been more than 100bls! Other than that, you'll have to leave the girfriend at home!!! Several members here have gotten their cars moved all across the country and hardly used any gas from their tank!Something about putting the car on the trailer behind a truck that is owned by someone else really improves gas mileage...:stupid: WIll

"headlight harness" idea for heater fan....
Adding ground kits cant hurt but two things, your wallet and accessability to parts. Makes for an easy sale, and is hard to argue against, but, more than the factory supplied grounds aren't necessary on a well maintained un-modified car-upgrade the Alt, Upgrade the size of the wire on the grounds that are already there, not the number of grounds. Why not just make a Z shaped sheet metal mount for the camera that fits one end under the three screws that hold the mirror, and the other end on the windshield side of the mirror? Then you lose nothing and gain a mount that isn't preventing the use of your mirror! Will
