- Description I bought the car in 2007 in Portland, OR. The car had been sitting in storage for ten years with the previous owner who purchased it in 1983. Over the last two years I stripped the exterior down to bare metal, repaired rust and painted the car in a makeshift spray booth in my front yard. It is not perfect, but at least it no longer has any major rust issues.
