  • General Exterior Most mods done by PO. I removed the wing on the back. Has Skyport moon roof, black front air dam, fiberglass back bumper which will be replaced with a stock bumper. All side lights removed I have replacements ready to be installed. All badging missing including air vents on back hatch. Only badging left is the hood badge. Flat brass looking badge put on lower back hatch that says Datsun Z but it didn't come from Nissan. Aftermarket side mirrors installed with turn signal lights on them. Won't stay aimed, will replace with stock mirrors. Painted under the cowl with rust bullet including using a long skinny brush to get hard to reach areas. Also covered all areas under cowl with grease on top of rust bullet and added a metal leaf screen painted black under cowl vent holes in front of windshield to keep debris out. Grease will be wiped off and replaced periodically if it absorbs water. A mechanic replaced four loose studs on RR wheel. New brake cylinder RR wheel and new parking brake cable assy installed by PO. Car now has a back glass louvre that I installed. Interiors of both front frame rails have been sprayed with anti rust Transtar Amber from under radiator to under seating area to include inside rocker panels. Entire rear area underneath of car cleaned and undercoated with gas tank out. Tank interior treated with POR 15 Standard Tank seal and the exterior including tank straps painted with rust bullet and chassis black. Tank sending unit o ring replaced as a precaution, wasn't leaking.
