HLS3000663 For Sale in Florida

Recommended Posts

Yea, I saw that.  It will need a lot of work but could be worth between $70k and $90k.  It's an auto trans which may pull its value down.  But honestly, a low VIN car that is properly restored (not 100% perfect but pretty close) should be in the $100k and up range.  I wouldn't let my cars go for less.  You'll probably have that much in it when you're finished, so I see the $12k price way high as a starting point.  Wishful thinking on the seller's part.  That car will need everything; like my 27th.

Not mine.

Dave you need a new Project!

not for me, no AC no buy. I presume the premium price is based on the low vin number? Based on that final value if it was fixed, I would be too afraid to drive it.

hmmm so if you insure a car for say 100k (one of those agreed to value types) and if you have unlimited mileage, what's that going to cost? just curious for those that have these very expensive cars.

I so wish I recall what my old 70 VIN# was back in 89, 90.  I took the motor out and threw it away e31 head and all! Who would have known.

Looks like the engine is not matching numbers.  And...sunroof.

What's an ATK 5 speed?

Early 1970 240z HLS- 30 00663 while towing the car I damaged the left front  radiator support and the inner fender panel.  The car has an ATK 5 speed transmission  I also have a replacement front inner structure from the firewall forward off a car with s/n under 1000. Here is a chance to get a very low S/N 240z to restore, very hard to find one with this low S/N .  The rocker panels are decent the floors are in dire need of replacement as well as the floor support frame rails, The rear 1/4 panels have some repairable rust, the rear taillight panel needs the tray and the car needs a roof  panel, this is a total restoration project but a very worth while project don't miss this rare car .The car has an E88 head, header, ATK 5 speed will need complete interior

I didn't even know that Facebook had a marketplace.  Thanks for the learning.

Now they can track what we buy and browse for also.

That's were I find a lot of good deals locally. I think it's the icon up top of a house. You'll spend hours on there if you're not careful. Way better than Craigslist in my opinion.

I wonder where the Japan part comes in.  Maybe there was a Japan division way back in the past.  Looks like all American stuff now.

Edit - here's the base, "normal performance", company.  They do Japanese products.

They say they sell rebuilt (reman) Z engines.
