If you are looking for certain items you can call or message and we will find out if we have it or not. Very extensive collection of parts being sold. So your patience is appreciated.

I see a lot more opportunity in that collection than I see depression. I could spend a day looking and letting my mind fantasize about the possibilities.

Oh I wish I were in the land of cotton, Old times there are not forgotten. Look away, Look away, Look away DixZie Land.

These belong to my friend and I've been helping him arrange them. There's a few more cars that we haven't gotten to.  They are all in various states of quality. But as you see nonetheless wonderful Z's. He also has a few other marques that are leaving as well. He's keeping a few Z's and parts.

There are a lot of parts to go through so it will take us quite a while. It is sad that some of them are very rough and some aren't as bad. I understand both comments. And I also see opportunity to save a Z or get donor parts. It's metal so someone, somewhere can fix it or bring it back to life and use it.

Thanks for looking guys.

PLEASE LIMIT CALLS AND TEXTS TO EASTERN STANDARD TIME BETWEEN 10AM AND 11PM. THANK YOU.

I'm here in TN. And you ain't kidding it's miserable hot. I made those photo's this morning and was soaked with sweat before I could get finished. Nothing like humidity!

Where we are is lower Southeast TN and  basically 2 hours from Huntsville AL, Atlanta GA, Knoxville TN. About 3 hours from Birmingham AL, Nashville TN, 6 hours from Charlotte NC and 8 hours from Memphis TN.

Yes, sorry but we do not have the means or the time to ship anything.

As you said possibly someone near can pick up. Or you can see if there's anyone or company that picks up and packs and ships things like that.

Man I would love to get my hands on that JDOT registration plate. Its hard to find real ones and not U.S. service member issued ones. That character you see in the top indicates a prefecture of Tokyo called Tama. The 56 is vehicle classification I believe, pre-1998.

This car was running when parked. It has sat for a long time. We are basically 6 hours from Charlotte. Thank you for your comment.

Are you in the Chattanooga area? @gwri8 I can smell a road trip.

Yes SteveJ, we are in Cleveland, TN 20 to 30 minutes above Chattanooga going North toward Knoxville. We are about 1 hour 45 minutes below Knoxville. If you decide to make the trip call and arrange a day and time with the first number listed. Calls should be EST  between 9am and 11pm. Thanks for looking!

:) Lol, think it over Greg! Make a list of things you're looking for and we'll see if we have them. Maybe you can come up one weekend and get something. You're really close by. Probably about an hour away. Check with your club friends and see if anyone is looking for something. Just let me know if you want to come up. Thanks for looking Greg!

Man, he's got Z-itis bad. Really bad. Multiple generations bad!  :)

Hope the two of you find good homes for the thinned herd.

I would be skinned alive if I brought something else home, but... Have you got any pics of the GTO stuff? I just like looking at them.

The tag was actually registered to the car and it was a Serviceman that owned it. There's a plaque that has a Lt. Colonel's name on it that was in the car. I would keep it but it's really cool that it was registered to this car,

That's really cool. I'm not too sure how that works for service members, whether its just vehicles registered on military installations or what. Nevertheless I do hope they stay with the car.

I sold one 240 on craigslist and was terrorized with replies and I didn't use my personnel stuff, their reply function. You are a helluva man!

Best of luck to get that stuff gone!

We've been swamped with messages and calls. It's been difficult and gets confusing.

I'm just trying to help my friend sell all of this because there's a lot of stuff. We want it to go to good homes and people that love Z's. And I hate to lose any old cars or parts. There's so little left anymore.

Thanks Siteunseen for the luck we really need it.

I'm about 6 hours away (in NC) and I've a large area to store full cars and a lot of dry barn storage. When I lived up North a few of us collected parts cars and helped other Z owners restore and rebuild... no money changed hands... only beer, pizza, and good times...

if anyone in the area wants to set that up and if the owner is willing to pass cars/parts along, perhaps we can arrange a large trailer or truck and head over, collect what we can, and store at my place... teardowns I enjoy and getting parts out to those who could benefit, especially closer to home, would be a great pay it forward...

thoughts?
