This is Zedyone_kenobi's ride and mine will be a near clone of his. Same color, same wheels. The only difference is that I have the full front air dam on mine. Dupli-color has already supplied the paint for it!

Just one small piece left to fab up for the drivers rocker before getting onto sanding....

Putting a bend into it -

After welding it in and applying seam sealer to the edges, it was done. A quick coat of the Duplicolor undercoating and it blended right in.

Then I spent the next 4 hours sanding and stripping the engine compartment paint....yuk.

Its coming along nicely, I spent all day sitting on a stool inside my engine bay sanding as well. So I know what you mean. It is starting to look like you are going to pass me.

Found one last tiny bit o' rust that needed a patch, then got some filler on 'er - it's coming along now!

Great retoration work your doing. This is one of the threads I like to follow because of the good detail and I admire your workmanship. It will be a great car when its finished.

Lots of repairs where done in the front wheel wells of the 240Z, so I put another coat of Dupli-color's Undercoating on some thin spots -

...and got very close to finishing the quarters -
