Hello, is there anybody who lives in Europe and has a 240z? If so, be so kind and answer some questions. Is it hard to get parts for the 240z or maybe other nissan parts fits? And is it possible to make 240z everyday ride?

If you like your Z factory original, Stop reading now. move along, nothing to see here. Right, for you that dont mind a modified Z, Heres a Guy in Västerås, Sweden (no its not Mull the oher swedish guy) thats customising a 240Z the way that old american cars are customised. It has a chevy V8, and now hes working on the body. He's chopped the roof (as in lowered the roof line), and is contemplating raising the floor to lower the car. Its not finished yet, but you can see the progress pics at: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/645045/1 Interesting work. would like to see it when its finished.

Hi everybody, After seeing the cyclists doing their work during the Tour the France! This idea came up. The plan called “Tour the France by Zâ€. The first idea was to go round France totally but that was too much. Now we have an alternative. The date: get together Friday evening May 21, spend the weekend with our Swiss Z friends who are holding a meeting in Interlaken. The following week we will drive southwards in the direction of Cannes/Nice. Using only small roads, ‘over’ the Alps, through little villages. A really great sight-seeing tour. Drive, eat and live like a Frenchman - that is our goal! Overnight, we can stay in a lovely village hotel or on a camping s…

Not sure this will ever work, but we are setting up a trip from UK, Germany and all the northen country who will, to see Symon in Barcelona Spain via France. We don't have the firm date as today but it should be in May. I was thinking that it wouldn't be fair not to propose to all the Z fan to join! It's a long wet drive frome the States, from Aussie land or kiwi's country... but if your arround maybe we could find room in our cars... and you would do the same in return if you set up same trip for us? It wont be a canonball race, but more a spirited drive on our beloved nicest back-roads... So I can share my wheel... as today it's a slugish 280zx 2+2 but it's a nice loo…

Well it looks like my wife and I will be moving to Europe (Belgium) during the year. It's going to be a permanent move, so I REALLY want to take my Z with me. I would like to hear recommendations for shipping companies? The costs involved, the issues, etc. ... I am planning on shipping in a 20 foot container and packing some extra stuff with us (family stuff, clothes, etc.). I figure this is the best and cheapest method. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hello all, I hate that it's come to this, but I'm now going to be selling my 1975 280Z. It's hard to let her go but I'm just not in a position to let keep her going the way I want and give the project the time I want to. I hope once my business slows down and my time is more available I can pick up another project (or just go for a completed one and do the 'enjoying' part. Anyways. The car is located in Oudenaarde, Belgium. It's a 1975 280z with 57,000 miles and was originally from Texas. I brought it over with me when I moved here in 2007. More details can be found here: http://www.gregggermer.com/280z_4sale.htm There are tons of high-res photos in the flicker album and…

Well I feel like I´m alone out here. I live in Barcelona Spain, a week ago I bought a 260z & have yet to get in contact with anybody who has a Z & lives close. If there are any Z lovers here in Spain of in the south of France we should arrange to meet up & use our cars in good company. Please let me know where you are & we´ll get together. :cheeky:
