The diameter of the hatch emblems fit the barrel clips I have received. The two fender emblems i think are way too thick to even try to put the clips etc. Do they come in different sizes? or should i leave the clips off for the fender emblems?

I was looking into installing a hitch to tow a support trailer for Auto-X and checked with U-haul and got a strange response that I cannot act upon since I live in Ohio.

Hello all! You may remember me from a few years back, I was mostly just lurking though. I finally got my S30! It's a 1978 280z, with a 5 speed, 69k miles, factory AC (still running R12!), dealer addon cruise control and bumper overriders. It's just about 100% stock, except for the louvers on the back. Here, let's see some more pics! As you can see, there's some damage on the air dam. It happened the day after I picked her up, a tire carcass suddenly appeared from under the car in front of me and I couldn't react in time. I think I was following too close... I was gonna get rid of the bumpers anyway, but IDK what t…

I have my bucket of zinc plated hardware sorted out now but have a few pieces I can't identify where they belong. Anyone want to take a stab at them?

Guys, pretty simple part to install with pins. I bought these online at ebay and they came short for my 280z. Anyone tried them from other sources. Would appreciate if someone can share a pic or 2. I am reluctant to buy from zcar as i feel i will get he same item which will come out short. Any reliable sources and if anyone saw this issue with 280z?

Hey Good Afternoon, I started a thread similar to this over at HybridZ, but the more I’ve gotten into the project, I realize that ClassicZCar is probably where this belongs. Both are great sites though, vast amounts of information out there. It’s a long write-up, but thanks for bearing with me. I bought HLS30-01222 this past spring. Local seller (Herndon, VA) was moving and reluctantly was parting ways with the car, which had been sitting for two years in his garage. He said it had previously been his daily driver, but the birth of his first-born required a more reliable car (what, no car-seat under the hatch?). First time we went to see the car, it wasn’t ru…

Hi all... looking for a few basic tips and watch outs for general maintenance and products to use on my '71 240Z. Namely: Oil (Original engine, I've seen mention of a few different options) Cleaning products/wax/microfibers etc (old paint) General liquids (radiator etc, anything to watch out for?) Anything else you may think of This is my first Z and I know a lot of the information has been amassed over the last 20-30 years on forums and websites, so just want to make sure I'm as up-to-date as I can be.

Hey Guys, I replaced my speedometer cable and it worked fine for about two weeks. Now the needle doesn't move. I checked the connection underneath the car and also at the back of the gauge. It looks good. If I remove the cable from the gauge and drive is that a good way to see if it is spinning? I have a dash cap and no easy way to remove the speedo unless I remove the dash which is not what I want to do. So I am looking for an alternate way to test it before I go down that route. I had similar issues with my other gauges and the fix was to take them apart and use fine sandpaper on the internal connections. Could that possibly be an issue here?

Has anyone tried to restore the antenna switch? Assuming you need to drill it open? My down position works but not the up.
