I spoke to Rob on the phone and he was pretty reassuring, but I'm wondering if anyone here has personally tried them. I have a fender roller from Eastwood but my car is pretty low and I'm not sure... I would probably just drive over and get them as I have a bit of free time these days and it would be great to see my old gang at Stanford... I Purchased an order from PartsGeek for a new brake master cylinder. I received an email requesting copies of my drivers license, bills in my name, etc so they can process my order. this sounds very shady to me. They aren’t a bank, so I don’t see them taking fraud on a card serious. Has anyone else had weird interactions with them?

Hello I have an early 1972 240z (5/72). It states that those stock brake boosters were 6” in diameter. I did a search for a 6” kit and didn’t find anyone that had them. Are they available out there or are they custom built on request and that’s the reason they don’t show up on the website. Thanks

Greeting! I am looking to put new wheels on my 280z. It is currently at my fathers house on blocks. I need to get it moved ASAP due to foundation issues, but the brakes are 50% complete and the drivetrain is pulled out. I am looking at getting Enkei92 classics placed on. From what I gather, it is +25mm offset, would it be safe to assume I’d need to get 4x100 spacers? I’ve seen conflicting information on these wheels for fitment. I want to make sure they wheels will fit. thanks!

Hello all, and Happy New Year... I'm having an issue with my car that I hoped would have a simple resolution, but so far I haven't been able to hit upon it. The last time I drove my car, a few weeks ago, I noticed that the driver's side rear drum seemed to be dragging pretty good. I put the car up on jackstands, pulled the rear driver's side wheel, and was unable to get the drum off easily. So I did what we've all probably had to do at one time or another, and I spent about an hour whanging on it with a rubber mallet...until I was finally able to pull the drum off. This car has an original master cylinder, relatively new front calipers with Hawk pads, stainless …

Please help me identify the brake master cylinder in the attached photos. (I believe the brake master cylinder is for the 1969-8/1971 240Z part number 46010-E4602.) I obtained several NOS parts from a foreign car repair center several years ago. The owner could not verify the part number of the BMC. Thanks, Keith

Hi all I have read nearly all threads about bleeding therefore I ask🤯 I have just mounted a new brake booster and has to bleed the brakes. The MC is new and I think I would mount all parts together and start bleeding the MC on the car and not on bench. Should I start bleeding the Rear or the front-line on the MC ?

Hello All, When removing my Datsun 240z 1973 Equalizer, the bolt that connects the Equalizer to the hand brake assembly bent. It appears to be a unique item and I don't see it listen on any of the Z-car shops I know of. I know it is M6 but all the heads I see at Ace hardware are too big to fit into the equalizer. Curious if anyone has had this problem and found a solution. Thank you for your time.

I had an issue with a stuck rear brake drum, with the drum stuck to the hub, and not to the shoes. I tried hammering, PB Blaster, heat gun - all to no avail. I tried to borrow a puller that Autozone seemed to have, but couldn't locate one. I ended up buying what I think is the same tool from Amazon (Astro 78830). This did the trick. I wrapped a ratchet strap around the tool jaws to make sure they would not slide off. I couldn't wrap it around the drum, as is recommended, because the fins caused the strap to slide off. It took a fair amount of impact-wrenching before the drum popped off with a loud snap. Hope this helps someone in the future.
