Mama's new Z

I was working out of town early on when we were married and Shelley's BMW Bavaria sprung a radiator leak. I coached her through it from out of town and told her where to take it. They wanted to know who took it out for her. She said she did it. I am not sure they believed her. She reinstalled it and burped it. Texans are tough... :P

Cliff,

Give your Mom your apologies and climb into that Camry (or better yet one of your Z'z) and pack your carc-a$$ over to Austin!

It ain't gonna be perfect without YOU!

'89 325is with a steel block and aluminum head like the Zs got me through the wildest times of my life. The toughest car I've ever owned. I beat that poor car to death and still got $1,000 for it. Paid $3,000 at auction. Black with black leather. The boy I sold it to still has it and says it runs great but no a/c transmission is worn out, 300,000 plus miles.

New ones have the motor covered. Don't like that at all.

My oldest son has a 94' 325 iS, oldest daughter has a Z3 but is graduating to an M roadster as soon as it's finished and I have two late 80's 535's waiting for me in the wings that will become one car...
