Jeezuz - by the looks of it a garaged authentic and original kpgc110 :rambo:!! Only travelled 43000km too...Still, $116,113 Australian (to be precise) - thats a bit steep isnt it?! Based on the last batch of skylines posted in this thread, this one certainly appears to be exorbitantly priced in comparison...thoughts..?? :D

Also, this is a bit of a hijack really, but would any of you c110 guys out there be interested in a gl coupe rear light panel with lights? Im interested in selling it - any offers (the rhs lights have been detached in the background of the photo)?

I don't think these came in red - just silver and white. The price is within range if it's a genuine KPGC110 - this is the rarest of the GT-R line. The only way to tell for sure is to get a picture of the frame stamping that shows the serial number.

my 73 c110 skyline had a L28 motor so starters and engine parts were a breeze to get since it shared with 240-280z motors. as for brakes....the front struts can be swapped but the rears are a bit tricky to fit other nissan brakes, only other nissan upgrade that a member did here was R30 skyline rear brakes in a c110...the R30 shared its chassis to the infiniti M30 here in the US.

Lots of parts interchange. WHAT parts interchange is the challenge. I have found Z parts interchange on the motor. Some 510 parts interchange on the frame and others are Z parts. Just remember, car manufacturers are into profits; they don't like a lot of car-specific parts. If they can "borrow" from other models to cut costs, they will.
