Looks like a very clean unmolested example. The price is up there at C$60,000 (about 45K USD) but it looks very nice. I wonder what the VIN is. @zKars looks like you got tagged in the ad, is this the real deal? ? https://vancouver.craigslist.org/van/cto/d/calgary-datsun-240z-1970/7138888324.html

Located in Palm Springs, CA. VIN #HLS30-27805 with its original matching numbers engine. Looks to have its original 918 Orange paint. If so, this is a rare find. https://seattle.craigslist.org/kit/cto/d/port-orchard-1975-datsun-280z/7129406440.html Can't tell from the ad if the LS1 is going with the car. At any rate, It's a cheap shell for anyone with a spare L series and trans or whatever laying around.

This poor '72 240Z is a basket case, but there looks to be a lot of parts available for those of you who live in the Houston area. Here's the link: https://houston.craigslist.org/pts/d/houston-240z-datsun-parts-only-for-sale/7128773961.html

Looks to be pretty solid car with its original matching-numbers engine. Has a few issues that need some attention. Here's the link: https://sanantonio.craigslist.org/cto/d/boerne-1971-datsun-240z/7127117199.html

The seller doesn't state whose autograph it is. Maybe someone can tell if this is Mr K's signature or someone else's. Here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254513537317

I just went to check this out. I took some EFI parts and relays, but otherwise it's driveline is complete. Mileage unknown, interior is in pieces. F54/P79 that was allegedly running for some time in the recent past. 5 speed/driveshaft/rear diff are all there. Sounded more like vacuum leaks/EFI problems than bad rings as mentioned in his post. He seemed like a decent dude(early 20's) with a desire to mess with Z's, just ended up with a basket case. https://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/cto/d/lake-stevens-scrap-parts-1981-datsun/7121584319.html

Been busy but wanted to share a find for those that didn't know. FYI for all those who have a Pick and Pull brand junkyard in their area. For those who don't, and wish to make a trek or have parts pulled for them, this would be for you as well. I did a search here for "row52" and didn't see any results. Check out Row52 | Search for vehicles at self-service auto recycling yards! ... You can search nationwide for a specific vehicle in participating junkyards. VIN's listed as well as pictures as the vehicle is stationed in the yard. I've had…
