help ran my two door out petrol for 6 months clogged every thing lines carby much tears car is a total virgin never been touched carby never off .slit pins original for japan omg boot masonite never removed spare wheel disc has all four foam tabs on it spare like new idle mixture plastic limiting cap still on i hate touching it as every touch is visable to the trained eye ive got it running sweet but not sure which side the larger air bleed jet goes one large one small in primary and secondary venturis just under carby top visable down throat first time on forum so anything possible comp…

Hi guys, How are you?? First of all id like to say gday as im new around here and recently purchased a 240K coupe. I just had to say what a great little forum here. Im doing my 240k up into a GTR and i apologise in advance as i know this has been done to death but....its question about my current pedal box in my coupe. So being a auto and doing all the reading from this website and others im going to finally do the conversion. The hardest part is the pedal box im lead to believe..... Hi Guys, I think i have been done over once more by replacement suspension bushes i have been trying to get my car ready to come off the rotisserie to get it to a shop, its the first time the suspension has gone on since sand blasting.. I had bought a set of replacement nolathane rear crossmember bushes (part number 49060), which in them selves cost a bomb.. and had the factory bushes pressed out of the crossmember by a mechanic, of course i trusted that the new ones would be ok.. The bushes fit, however the rubber extend probably about 1cm above and below the crossmember, in comparison, the factory bushes (from what i have documented) are actually sucken below the …

The exhaust on my 110 has just about given up and I am looking to replace it. Exhaust shop thought I would be best to go for 2 inch pipe and fit my twin outlet headers. I currently have headers that have a single outlet but my parts car has the twin outlet version, must be manual/auto thing. I am sticking with the single carb for now so what are your thoughts on pipe diameter and manifolds to get good performance and nice note without the dreaded drone.

As the title says im after a EFi setup on my yonmeri i hate carbies with a passion an want it swapped out asap. so question is can i bolt on the efi setup an run an external fuel pump an drive off? will i need to go down a size in injectors? anyways cheers!

well- I've done what i could in finding out why the car won't idle without the choke. I've pulled each of the Mikuni carbs out from the L28 and cleaned all the jets, but it still won't idle for some reason. I have fuel pressure, but i suspect it may be a fuel related issue as the car had been sitting for around a year. I did treat the fuel and added some new fuel along with some octane boost. So i figure it's time to take it in to a shop who know's what they are doing . I was hoping someone on here could point me in the right direction...a shop somewhere around LA county preferably.

A wreckers near me has an L28 in an early series patrol available , it's the short wheelbase version I think I saw its got an N42 stamp on the block but its missing the inlet manifold (sold) but everything else seems mostly there. My question is were the patrols injected or NA and he wants $500 for it, worth it? Personally I think he's at least $200 too high :disappoin

So since I'm a Gen Y person leaded fuel was before my time and I'm in need of some info for my 74 sedan can I put normal 98 in it or do I have to run lead additive ?

hey guys im have a bit of trouble with finding the right tension setting for the conrods.ive got 1 book telling me that the l28 main and conrod tensions are the same and another saying that the conrod is lower in tenision.has anyone got the correct specs.its a f54 block.cheers

hi guys im chasing a mild cam for my l28 dose anyone no weather u can still get billet cam shafts or do u have to get the standard one ground .im looking on the net and not getting much info.id rather not have to change lash pads etc.any info would be great
