Hi i'm new here and new to C110's, I bought a C110 Hardtop a few weeks ago and thought you guys might like to see it. I've had to tidy up a few things including minor bodywork and have removed the mudflaps for a cleaner look, I'll probably put on a decent exhaust and some old school rims next. If you are wondering what the thing is under the front drivers side bumper its just a scoop to feed air into the engine oil cooler.

Ever since laying eyes on my first Kenmari Skyline i always said "one day I will have one" and I'm sure a lot of you that personally know me can remember me saying that. Well now that I had money to burn I was ready to start seriously looking for a skyline. Luckily I have become good friends with some skyline owners over the last couple years that had some importing connections. After getting in touch with importers I figured I was going to have to wait a long time to get my hands on one of these beasts. Over the past month there have been a couple beater C110's that were up for sale in Australia but nothing that really captured my attention. Luckily From all of my connec…

So at the moment I'm trying to sort the mess of my brakes out. The car came with r31 brake adaptor dodgily welded on and I want to replace with standard drums. The welds I think will have screwed the face that the drum sits on. So I removed whole k frame out paddock car but can't get the drums off! Soaked studs in wd40, tapped around it, levered with crow bar etc. there's the 2 threaded holes on front of drum but there's nothing to remove? Am I missing anything? So I'll prob have to change the passanger wishbone, due to the great welding, but what other options do I have. Any other drums a straight fit or any ideas how to get them off Cheers

Hi guys ,Im glad I've found a 240k site! just dragged this 73 home , itching to get started but have to finish another resto first (has to be ready by march 2014).Will be lurking around here trying to learn as much a possible . Lots of great info and thankyou for all the tech and where to buy what contributions. The long term plan is GTR clone but i must say the rear 1/4 cut is final! The 240 k needs a total resto , rust in sills, rear 1/4 ,boot is gone and bonnet isn't much better. Its auto complete and drove on and off the trailer. The original color is a silvery blue/ purple tinge (got to find and learn to identify codes) 3/73 year model which makes it the same vin…

Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone is interested but Operation K is underway. Our project starts off with a coupe shell that i salvaged from the crusher which cost me $350 a tonne. It spent the last 3 months having all the rust cut out of it which includes lower rear quarters front and back, rear beaver panel, lower door skins, lower guard skins, roof gutters in and out and steel GT-R guards. The photos show some of the steel work that we've completed. I've decided to install an RB25det with matching gearbox, and r200 diff centre with cv rather than the uni's. R32 rotors with the quad spots upfront and California vented rears and calipers up back, all sitting on z31, 5 st…

Anyone got some reasonable rear external handles for a C110 240K sedan they might part with? These don't need to be anything flash just functional as they are for a mate with a competition car. Seems the rear doors have to be operational !!

My 29 year old niece has been traveling alone in Southeast Asia and now Australia. Somehow she hurt her foot and got a nasty infection. She is in Rabina Hospital and has had four operations so far, with plastic surgery yet to come. The cell phone she has does not make or accept international calls. Her mother has had limited contact with her through a nurse. We are trying to get her a phone that she can use to keep in contact with her mother. Short of air freighting one from the U.S., does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,

Just joined this forum in the hope that someone might be able to give me a lead on any 240k's for sale. I know its a long shot as I have been looking on and off for a year since seeing a great looking black car at the show in Knox over a year ago. I would also consider 180b coupes as well if I could find one. I have always liked the Nissan models having owned a modified R33 GTR when I lived in the UK and fancy taking a classic style and updating it with modern running gear. I imported my skyline from Japan and have been in touch with the agent I bought it from as I would like an early GTR but they are mega bucks. Considering selling one of my other cars to fund one in the…

I am looking at rescuing a c110 240k sedan from a bloke I know. Has been sitting in his yard for a long time. Think it will not cost much to get it off him. Looks like there is plenty of rust low in many of the panels, roof down to below windows seems ok. Chrome strips have almost rusted off bonnet and boot. I am not afraid of rust repair and have a good mate to paint. Are there any things or places I should look for that would make a car like this unrestorable? Would prefer to find something better condition but my options seem to be very limited. Thanks
