I saw a similar thread on another message board and thought this would be more interesting on this forum. I'll start with my own summary of the various Z cars in my stable: 1977 280Z HLS30366531: No file when I bought it except a few months later I went looking through the owner's manual and found the original bill of sale! The file is growing (about $800 in parts and labor so far). 1978 280Z HLS30437667: One big mother of a file going back to '78 from the original owner to me. It's my avatar at classiczacrs.com--daddz. An example of big money spent on this car: a body shop receipt dated from '95 for $8,000.00! The receipts total a little more than $23,000 since '78! 1978…

Knowing that I am only 16, I was curious how old most of you Z enthusiasts are. It made me wonder how many of you own Z's without living in the Z "era" *No offense to anyone unwilling to submit age

In your opinion, what is wrong with the 350Z? Is it just right? Is it toad? Is it just to hatch space challenged? Are the wheels just too darn small? Use the poll for ideas, and fill in your details in a post.

I know this is something Nissan will treat with a Japanese inspection(if they even notice this poll) but if you were the head honcho of the new Z project and were talking to the groups handling the project, what would you tell them they had to take from the 240Z and make it work in the new Z? Anything goes as long as you can support it and explain why it should be there-don't limit answers to sheetmetal features! You can pick as many as you like!

Life's tough when the hardest decision i've been trying to make is if i should refurbish my old original 240z seats or go with a set of Sparco's, cobra's etc... Pro's for original : - Originals suit the period of the car they have a what i feel nice look to them and a timeless design. Easy to get in and out of (well fairly). Pro's for racing : Racing seats offer much more support and while it won't be a race car i enjoy sharp cornering etc. Con's for Original : The originals don't offer much support, tend to slide around when getting the Z up and out there. Probably heavier than racing seats. Con's for racing : Hard to get in and out I can imagine probably harder with…

What would you like to have for your S30? What accessoriy have you been lusting over or dreaming about that you would give your eye teeth for? It can be an imaginary or fantasy part, but if it isn't in the list you have to post about it with a complete rundown of what it is and what it does(no exerpts from the Boobs thread please! If you added the greatest thing since sliced bread, synthetic oil, forced induction, or a shift boot made from a second-hand leather jacket, and it was better than you had hoped, tell us about that too!

We are in the middle of making arrangements to provide various pieces of club merchandise. This effort will be used to provide funding for the club and give us a great avenue to promote the club in general. If you were to help fund the club by purchasing club merchandise, what would you purchase? Please answer honestly because we will use this information to invest our time and money into the areas you have selected. And, if you don't think you'll purchase merchandise, we could also use that information. All answers are kept confidential for our own use in this 'venture'.
