You may go to the library and check out some Z repair manuals or sports car books. On the internet just put in key words {Z cars }or {240z }and check out the links and those links will lead you to other links. Good Luck!!!

or how about u guys tell me stuff about it, it's a lot more interesting when someone who has the car explains it...well we'll start off with some ques n feel free to add anything you'd like.
what kind of engine does this thing have?
how much HP and torque n specs please
what kind of weight distribution?
what do you guys love about this car(other than that it's a Z)?
what do you hate?
you may be wondering why i'm asking such naive questions but i just really like cars and the Z just has this kinda mystique to it y'know?

Ok friend in the exact order of your request! (1) 2400cc inline 6 cylinder. (2) 150 brake horse power at 6,000 rpm . and 148 foot pounds of torque at 4,400 rpm. (3) 2,355lbs (4) It is a true difinition of a sports car. (5) I rather use the word dislike because hate is a ugly word to decribe the 240z. It can be rust prone if not treated properly. Ok, now the add on stuff. {This car seems to have a excellent following. I have wanted one since I could drive. There is no substitute for the price. Lots of aftermaket parts and clubs. I have owned a TRIUMPH TR7, FIAT's X19 & 124 spider, 2 MGBs , 2 RX7s , HONDA's prelude & CRX , 2 CELICAS,and 1 CONQUEST. I tell you partner that these vehicles had there day in shade, but there is no substitute for 240z!!!!! :}
