Anyone looking for an outstanding series 1 240Z .......now's your chance. The white Z from Chester Virginia is a "cream puff". It runs and drives like a dream with exterior and interior to match. This car needs nothing. If I didn't have 3 I'd buy it myself!

Ha! I totally thought it was your car! If you bought that one, you would have twins--twins!

It does appear to be a sweet car, although it is a Series 2, not a Series 1. As I look at the pictures I keep comparing to my car, which coincidentally is only a couple thousand cars later than this one. So the white one is probably 6/71 build date. Mine has fewer miles, but his has nicer wheels. Mine has a touch of filler in the right rear corner, this one has filler in the left rear corner. Mine is a bit cleaner under the hood, his has nicer carpet. Etc., etc., etc.

He mentions you can buy it outside the auction for $14,950. Seems to me that is a very fair price, if it really is as nice as the pictures show.

Steve- You're right about twins. If it was silver instead of white, I would have had a hard time not buying it! The build date is 11/71 so it would have the 9mm rod bolts. Carl has said many times to try to pay up for a rust free car to start with and this car is truly rust free. It scraps going into 3rd gear, but it's probably a synchro or possibly slave cylinder adjustment (anyway a used 4 spd is a snap). The onlything this car needs a detail under the hood. Steve if you bought it you would only need a Safari Gold Z (then we would be twins) I love the Lemon Green, but white is also one of my favorites! This car drives like a dream! Mark it looks like your twin. Guy

Love the 904 blue interior combo on my 71. Gotta say the one on ebay is sweet.
