I will be traveling on business to New England in September and plan on being in New Hampshire the weekend of Sept. 16 - 17 or 23 - 24. I am just starting to plan things now, so I am not sure of the weeks I will be there. My clients are in Lebanon and in Silver Lake, but I should have the weekend to my self. Sadly no Z, but a rental car with auto trans. Still, I would like to see what some of the back roads have to offer. Sometimes it's just fun to practice drift maneuvers in a Chevy roll-o-flex on skinny all season tires.

Any advice on general areas, specific roads, or even detailed route plans would be welcome.

SJGreen71 = I suggest you contact Paul Gasporla at Avalon Racing in Lebanon (http://www.avalonracing.net/main.htm). He is the current ZCCA president, and should be able to provide some suggestions on back roads. Heck, he might even have a Z available...

Hi - the Z Club of New England will be doing our spring rallye in a few weeks (rained out earlier this month) and we can save the route for you. I even have the road rallye course info w/directions used for the '03 ZCCA convention. It's 100 miles from the starting point in Nashua, NH and within 4 miles you are on backcountry roads all the way. About 3 hours plus the return trip via highway (nice road) which would be 1.5 hrs. Good lunch stop too. Email me: john@baddogparts.com
