After much deliberation and pleading from members who either want more or never had a chance the last time, I am making the popular "Headlight Relay Upgrade Harness's again. There is only one catch. It's not as cheap as it used to be. Due to suppliers costs, fuel prices, my wifes sanity, and the fact that I no longer wish to work for my current employer (long story), the new price for the headlight harness is $125.00 inside the U.S. Outside the U.S. needs to contact me first be fore making a payment I appologize for those of you who think that this is too much but I'm sure that if you ask any one who bought one before, They'll tell you that this is a more than f…

Each 240z fuel and brake line insulator was reproduced in a urethane plastic on a milling machine, which made for a very high quality master insulator. Each insulator is then cast in a two part high quality silicone mold. The insulators are cast in a urethane rubber with a shore hardness of 70A. The urethane has been degassed in a vacuum chamber, then cast and cured in a pressure pot for 24hrs. After curing for 24hrs the insulator have been heated to 150deg for 8 hrs for post-curing. It takes two day to make one complete set of insulators. 70-72 has 15 large insulators, 6 brake line insulators and 4 flow guide valve insulators. 73 have 14 large insulators, 6 brake li…

Sean Dézart, in and around Zs for 26 years now, current President of the French Datsun club (with nearly 1300 members - not all active of course), previous Dutch Z club member for 4 years and before that Chairman and events organiser of the UK Z club. Around 4 years ago I discovered that nobody was marketing reasonably priced s-steel exhausts so I set to it. Yes, there was a make and I was in contact with Judy at Stahl but they stopped and their header was already $900 before shipping and yes, there is Kameari and Fujitsubo but, a) their exhaust range is limited I feel and it all costs the donation of a small child ! I've sold modestly into Europe since and deve…

Thought I would post because I had some interest from some people asking if I would make these. Due to the amount of time and labor involved, it wasnt worth my while to make these for a those that asked. After all I have a project to work on of my own and other things I could be doing besides work . These inner rocker panels are replacements for a 240z as the pictures attached are those of my car. I am unsure about the 260z and 280z whether these would fit them or not. Please chime in if your certain to let others know. If enough people are seriously interested in getting these from me then please post up or send me a PM, if not then I guess this thread will b…

Perfect. There is no other way to describe what the work done by Ron Bradley at Zclocks.com looks like. Its seldom that you get better service than you expected these days. But Ron is a very noteworthy exception. My clock never worked and was looking a tad worn from sitting in my Z for 37 years. But Ron took it and completely redid it. The rear bezel looks to be brand new, and even has a smooth almost professional paint job on it. The plastic has been cleaned or replaced not sure, but my glass in that clock was never as clean as he made it. Every visible nut, washer, screw all appears to be brand new. The action is smooth and it feels very well put together. He …

OK, so you all know I like to try and come up with something New into something old. I've noticed a lot of people trying to come up with a Push Button Start for their S30. The others want to use the Newer Maxima / Altima Start/Stop button. The problem has been that they still have to use the key to turn on the ignition, Cut up the wiring, Drill holes or have to make specialty brackets, etc, etc and sometimes with bad results. Such as wire fires, car won't start, electrical issues, starter won't shut off, and on and on it goes. So after researching every ones issues with the typical DIY installs, I called a friend and we designed a unit that does what it's supposed to do. …

For sale is a set of 4 clips that hold the duct work to the backside of the hatch sheet metal and provide the location for the barrel clip that holds the vent grille on. Also known as a Tailgate Ventilator Clip. Please reference Nissan part# 90829-E4100 and the link below. These have been NLA for years and I discovered a personal need for a set. With the help of others I had a local sheet metal fabrication company produce a run of 100 clips which equals 25 sets. I needed a set myself and I am keeping an extra as a spare thus making 23 sets available. The clips are made of spring steel just like the originals and are clear zinc plated to protect against corrosion. E…

Hi club members, Most of my fuel line insulators have seen better days and due for replacement. Mike (nix240z) makes the sets for the 240Z, but they are different from the 280Z and only a few of the insulators are usable:disappoin. I decided to make a set of fuel and brake line insulators for my 280Z. I had all the equipment (degassing tank, vacuum pump and pressure chamber) from making my amber turn signal lenses from the taillights so the extra investment would be my own time and the raw materials. To get a good mould I made the dummies out of aluminium and now getting ready to make the silicone moulds. The insulators will be made of urethane rubber shore 70A and …

I've designed and built several Mega Squirt harnesses for various Datsun projects. I'm an Electronics Engineering Technologist so I've designed these harnesses for optimal noise immunity with high grade wiring to provide you with a highly reliable backbone for your Mega Squirt EFI system. Electronic noise can cause all sorts of gremlins in your system. To eliminate these issues all harnesses are configured with a robust grounding system as well as shielded cabling for all sensors. The wiring is heat and chemical resistant to provide you with years of trouble free use. EV1 connectors for the injectors use the quick disconnect plugs for ease of installation and removal…

I make headlight covers for G-nose Zs. The plastic will not crack and is crystal clear. I make them in the OE size to fit under the trim rings. If you don't have trim rings, I also make them in a smaller radius for a flush fit with the edges of the light buckets and include L-braces made from the same plastic to mount the covers with. I'm asking $189/pair. Feel free to email me at: mclapp1@att.net or call anytime at: 816-286-6982. Thanks, Mark Clapp
