I started tearing down the instrument cluster today, PO manged to lose the clear plastic windows and looks like he installed an aftermarket tach, bent the speedo needle but the circuit board is the real problem. A leak at the bottom of the windshield has rusted the backing plate behind the board but also the copper on one of the lines has corroded and broken the circuit. You can see where he tried to solder a jumper wire over top of the break. I was going to drill out the 5 brass rivets holding the board to the backing plate so I can remove the rust. Is there anyway to repair a circuit board? Thanks

@SteveJ We are having a new turn signal problem. If the right turn signal is on it flashes properly with the brake lights on or off. If the left signal is on all the lights flash like the hazards are on and if you step on the brake they become solid (no flashing). anyone please feel free to comment...

What kind of battery are you running with a stock setup? I have a 69 510 4door that came to me without a battery. I read that a size 24 was stock, but that seems too tall - the terminals are almost touching the inside of the hood when its closed. Is there a shorter battery that works well?

I thought I would make a quick post. The 510 wasn't charging so I did a little research on Rockauto. The 240z uses the exact same part so I pirated one off one of the Z's and that fixed the charging issue. Plug N play

I am hoping my scan is legible enough. This is the factory manual... I can probably enlarge parts if I need to. We are trying to get the light's working on Cody's wagon. Most of the running lights seem to work and the turns supposedly work per Cody but I haven't checked behind him yet. The problem is the headlights. He said they worked once and then not again. I have done some testing with a meter and both sides of the high beam lamp have battery voltage, that doesn't seem correct. I would think one would be power in and one would be ground. How can I have voltage on both sides?
